You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase any service from 99boost. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To purchase a service, you must create a 99boost account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Orders cannot be placed as an anonymous guest.

By ordering, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the game account for which the service is requested.
• You understand and accept that you use our services at your own risk.
• For Piloted services, we recommend setting a temporary password for the duration of the order, and changing your password and enabling your authenticator once the service is complete.

Each service has its own scope, requirements, and estimated completion time, all shown at the time of purchase. The specific information we need from you depends on the service and the mode of delivery (Piloted or Selfplay). A full overview is available on our How It Works page.

We are committed to delivering every service:

• 100% manually, by verified players, with no bots, cheats, or automation;
• with VPN protection in your region for Piloted services;
• without the use of suspicious add-ons or contact with third parties through your account.

When using 99boost, you agree not to:

• Request anything illegal or against the game publisher's terms in a way that would expose us or our boosters to undue harm;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our boosters or staff;
• Attempt fraud, including improper chargebacks or payment disputes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we consider suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive.

We accept credit card, debit, and cryptocurrency. We do not store your card details on our website — payments are handled by our payment processors. Prices are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: a full refund is available before a service starts (i.e., before a booster is assigned), and partial refunds afterward, subject to a minimum 50% retention and the conditions described in that policy.

Boosting and similar services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your account, you acknowledge that:

• Any third-party service carries some inherent risk;
• We are not liable for actions taken by the game's publisher, including suspensions or bans, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy;
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

99boost is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Microsoft, or any other game publisher. All game titles, trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. References to any game are for descriptive purposes only.

We may update our services, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. Any material changes to these Terms will be announced on our website. Your continued use of 99boost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the competent courts of Brazil.
