Account data (at registration):

• Name
• Email address
• Password (stored encrypted)
• Discord
• Battle.net / game account identifier

We do not store credit card numbers on our website.

Order data (provided to fulfill a service):

Depending on the service, we may collect:

• Account login details (for Piloted services)
• Country and city (used only to connect through a VPN in your region)
• Character name and server/realm
• Your available hours

Payment data:

Processed by our payment providers (see Section 5). We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card details.

Technical & usage data:

When you visit our site, we automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Process payments and deliver the services you order;
• Communicate with you about your orders and provide support;
• Maintain the security and integrity of our platform;
• Analyze and improve our website and services;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (LGPD/GDPR): we process data based on the performance of a contract (to deliver your order), your consent (e.g., for marketing and certain cookies), our legitimate interests (e.g., security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

We treat the information you provide to fulfill a service with particular care:

• Login credentials and region data are stored only for the duration of the service and are deleted once the order is completed.
• Character name and server/realm may be retained after completion, as they are used to identify and contact the correct player for Selfplay services and for our records.

We only share personal data with:

• Payment processors — Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) — to process your payments;
• Analytics and marketing providers — Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook Pixel — to understand and improve our site;
• Our boosters — who receive only the information strictly necessary to perform your order, through our platform.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses under the GDPR).

We do not currently send newsletters or marketing emails. If we introduce them in the future, we will only send them with your consent, and every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Login and region data are deleted upon order completion, as described in Section 4. Account data is kept while your account is active.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, restricted access, and deletion of sensitive order data after completion. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
