At 99boost we want you to feel confident when you order. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
You're entitled to a full refund at any time before your service has started.
A service is considered started the moment a booster is assigned to your order.
If a service has already started but is not yet complete, you can still request a refund. In that case:
Example: You order a 1–90 leveling service and request a refund at level 89. We charge for the levels already completed and refund the remainder — never less than the 50% minimum retention rule allows.
This 50% minimum retention applies to all products and services.
Every service has an estimated completion time, shown at the time of purchase.
If we fail to meet that time, we'll contact you, explain the situation, and do our best to resolve it. As a last resort, we'll offer a full or partial refund with no fee, depending on the case.
A refund based on delay can be requested once the time elapsed exceeds double the original estimated completion time and the service still hasn't been delivered.
Any third-party service carries some inherent risk. Our policy on account actions is as follows:
In all cases, you use our services at your own risk. We take every precaution to protect your account (manual play, VPN, no bots), but we cannot guarantee against actions taken by the game's publisher.
If you have any issue with an order, please contact our support team first — we're available 24/7 and will work with you to resolve it.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered improper and may result in your 99boost account being blocked.
